renovations, new mud room, and substantial interior alterations.

The expansion of this fifty-year-old Cape-style house in suburban
Boston maintained a cottage-like scale despite the addition of 1,100
square feet for a Breakfast Room, Family Room, Master Bedroom, Front
Entry, and Porch. The existing house was fully renovated,
including a gut-remodel of the Kitchen, new bedroom dormers, and new
windows, siding, and roofing.

A second floor addition to this Arts and Crafts bungalow in Wellesley
sensitively honored the scale and detail of the original house, while
introducing a dramatic 2-story stairwell into the interior. The
project included 3 new bedrooms and 2 baths, plus reconfiguration of
existing first floor spaces.
